If you selected the "I already have insurance" option (coaches) or used a discount code to exclude insurance (players), you can still upgrade to USA coverage. Note, if you do not have outside insurance, every coach and player must have insurance through USA Softball. Additionally, if you are participating in any USA Softball events, every coach and every player must have full USA Softball coverage.
